Do you have Foil Balloons?
Yes, we carry an assortment of foil balloons, and have much more available. Foil balloons, or also commonly referred to as Mylar (Brand Name) balloons, are a great way to add a decorative and shiny appearance to your celebration. Not only do they look great and last a long time, they also come in various fun shapes, themes, and sizes; and allows you to pinpoint that exact sentiment you want to express. These shimmering and entertaining balloons also look great in bouquets mixed with latex balloons.
What type of Latex balloons do you use?
We have found that the best, and highest in quality balloons to use are Qualatex balloons. These balloons have a huge color range, which is great for anyone needing those extra special colors. They are thicker and more durable, so they will inflate larger and float longer than other brands of balloons. Also, Qualatex balloons are made from 100% natural latex, which means they are environmentally safe!
What is Hi-Float?
We use Ultra Hi-Float in all our latex balloons. Hi-Float is a non-toxic, aqueous solution containing a special water soluble plastic. Once Hi-Float is added to a balloon, it will dry inside to form a barrier coating that will help hold in the helium. This coating treatment will significantly increase the float life of the balloon.
Do you use Curling Ribbon?
Yes, we attach curling ribbon to all our balloons. We color-coordinate each ribbon to match each balloon.
The ribbon is then “curled” to enhance it for that extraordinary effect.
Why do you ask for my budget?
Asking you what your budget is allows us to work together to save time, discuss different décor options, and to give you the most product for your money.
Do you have an order minimum?
Yes, we have a $50 order minimum, this includes the delivery fee.
What is your delivery charge?
Currently our standard Delivery Fee is $20; it may be more, or less, based on mileage and/ or balloon build.
Do you deliver same day?
We typically do not deliver same-day; however, we will try to help you out if it fits within that days schedule!
Do you have a Store Front?
No, we do not. We run Balloons or Bust out of our house, located in Hudsonville.
What are your prices?
As most of our balloon builds are as unique as your event, you may contact us for pricing. Please call us at 616-676-1974, or email us at balloonsorbust@hotmail.com. We look forward to speaking and working with you, for your special occasion!
What information do you need from me?
We need to know the type of event, event date, time, location, ceiling height, theme and/ or colors, and your budget. From there, we will create a proposal/ estimate for your event based on your information. Then we ask that you review the proposal, and let us know if you would like to move forward.
What if I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at anytime; but if we have sent you an estimate/ proposal and you have approved it, and we have prepared all the items needed for your order, and then you decide to cancel the order, we will charge you for our time and new inventory.
Do you require a down payment?
Generally we do not require a down payment; however, depending on the size of the order and time spent, we may require a (non-refundable) down payment.
